Dear Fans of My Sleeping Karma

This is André writing.

I was 16 years old when I saw MSK the first time at a small hometown festival. I was blasted away by their music, especially by the drumming of Steffen.

It was a kind of music I never heard before and directly got addicted. Since then I was a fan of their music and it never let go again.

Later I was working as a professional lightning technician at concerts and I had the chance to do the lights for My Sleeping Karma at one of their shows.

I got invited by the band to join them for more gigs and from this point on I did a lot of wonderful concerts with MSK.

We spent a lot of times together on tour and every year more brought us closer together.

Then the very dark clouds appeared and everything wasn’t like before.

I still wish there was no need to write a text like this.

And I still wish there was no need for another drummer.

Nobody can replace Steffen but I will try my very best to fill his position with humility, love and respect.
